Marco Island urgently needs an Assisted Living & Memory Care facility. Currently, Islanders and their loved ones have to go elsewhere if they need ALF services – a real shame for everyone who loves living on Marco. After listening to local voices, Watermark Retirement Communities, BRW, and Chancey Design have proposed a project to let residents stay residents as they age with dignity in their own community.

The Partners
Watermark, based in Tucson, operates 51 ALF communities in 21 states, including four in Florida. BRW is a leading developer in multi-use, senior living, and second-home boutique communities. Chancey is an award-winning, Tampa-based architecture and interior design firm.

Let us know what you think of the project, and if you’d be willing to lend your support!
